In this episode of Redesigning Wellness, I talk to Bryan Falchuk, Best-Selling Author, Insurance Executive & Leadership Expert.

Bryan has an inspiring story. He went from being obese and depressed to running marathons. He became vegan in just one day. He got his Master's from a top school and rose to a senior executive position in a successful business. And now he's a bestselling author and contributor to Inc. magazine.

Bryan has transformed his life and developed an approach to help others do the same, which he teaches in his bestselling book, do a Day. And he's here today to share that philosophy with us.
