Through a program called AWARE-At Work As Responsible Employees and GameChangers-a flagship innovation program within Shell Oil Company, Mandar Apte empowered employees to use their whole selves to become valuable innovators in the company. He also changed the thinking of leadership to see the value of incorporating yoga and meditation into the workplace.

Tune into to hear more details as Mandar and Jen discuss his journey moving from Mumbai to Tulsa, OK, his tenure at Shell Oil Company, and his latest project From India With Love.

This endeavor stemmed Mandar feeling deeply pained by the ongoing violence in America and his desire to reinvigorate our commitment to nonviolence.
